After a life of honesty left him betrayed, Liam is reborn into a vast interstellar empire with one goal: be the galaxy’s worst evil lord. But no matter how hard he tries to be a tyrant, his “wicked” plans keep backfiring into peace, prosperity, and adoring fans. Galactic chaos, magic, and mecha await in this hilariously misconstructed tale of a villain who can’t help but to impress. (Source: Crunchyroll) Note: The first two episodes streamed early on March 25, 2025 as part of a promotional agreement with ABEMA TV. Regular weekly releases began on April 6, 2025.

Season picksDecentSpring 2025A good man who was cucked to death reincarnates as heir to an indebted noble house in a mecha space-fantasy universe and sets out to conquer it with his robot maid. A horny, edgy revenge fantasy, but so over the top and decently original that it is fun.
Worst of the seasonBad but funSpring 2025A man cucked to death reincarnates as a five-year-old lord of a debt-ridden Dune-style mecha empire, guided by a malignant god who feeds on misery and steals every scene. His sexbot fixes the economy, his assist-free mech and flash-cut sword skills deliver, and the dark pirate B-plot is scarier and less exploitative than usual. The adaptation is a bit pants, but the story is fresh: four golden dumpsters.
