In the deadly battle at Priestella, Subaru and his allies emerged victorious, but at great cost. As Subaru searches for a way to save Rem, Crusch, and Julius, he learns of a "wise woman," Shaula, an all-seeing being said to possess every form of knowledge, who resides at the Pleiades Watchtower. Subaru and his crew must brave the uncharted Auguria Dunes to reclaim what was lost. (Source: Crunchyroll) Note: Lucca Comics & Games pre-screened episode 1 early on November 1, 2025, prior to the Japanese television broadcast on July 8th, 2026.

Senpai’s take
SequelsMust watchSpring 2026The best isekai of all time returns to adapt one of the best and most brutal light novel arcs, with Subaru trying to reclaim what he lost in season 1 by facing a trial even his strongest allies could not. Expect White Fox's usual gorgeous cinematic flair. Anyone who bounced off early Subaru does not know half of what they are missing.
