Scarlet has put up with her fiancé’s bullying long enough. Not only is Second Prince Kyle arrogant and crude, but he suddenly called off their engagement during a ball. And if things couldn’t get any worse, he then accuses her of a crime she never committed. Fueled by betrayal, Scarlet unleashes her rage, giving the prince and his nobles a beatdown they’ll never forget.

Season picksMust watchFall 2025A noble lady who loves punching people who deserve it finally snaps when her fiance prince dumps her, using time-stopping 'diet Za Warudo' powers in very fun fights. The punchable but kind older prince who follows her around makes a 10 out of 10 romantic dynamic. Great characters, comedy, saucy romance and top-tier action make it a front runner for anime of the season, even for people who skip villainess shows.
Worst of the seasonBad but funFall 2025Builds tense political dilemmas just so Scarlet can elegantly beat the hell out of everyone responsible. It is a clever deconstruction of villainess and escapist isekai fantasy that still revels in its own fun, with a reverse harem of punchable boys and bloody action for isekai bros. It never gets old: four racks of prom dresses blazing with aura.
