Season picksDecentSummer 2025A hero who barely beat the demon king is sent back three years to redo the war without losing everyone. An interesting if not unique hook with a decently fleshed-out world and likable characters. Nothing to write home about next to Lord of Mysteries and Clevatess, but scratches a familiar itch.
Worst of the seasonBad but funSummer 2025A hero who lost everyone beating the demon king is sent back three years and plays it like New Game Plus, heading straight to the bonus dungeon. One of the better iterations of the AA JRPG you've played a hundred times, with a fun balanced party, timeline shakeups and a talking loli sword. The chaotic jazz soundtrack carries even the rough animation: four baskets.
