Season picksMust watchWinter 2026Luna, a lonely witch whose touch is poisonous, sells mushroom medicines to townsfolk and lives through books while craving human contact she can never have. It has a grim, un-Disney-like fairy tale world closest in tone to Ranking of Kings, with lovely background art. A beautifully poetic, offbeat anime unlike anything else this year.
