Season picksMust watchSummer 2025An adorable alien blob tries to make a sad little girl smile with alien gadgets, and witnesses horrors through his naive lens. Rather than twist the cute mascot into a monster like Madoka or Dead Dead Demons, it plays him completely straight, which is chillingly refreshing. Stunningly animated six-episode horror of a caliber seen every few years; go in blind.
