Season picksWorth a lookSpring 2025Two bickering real estate agents flirt and fight in a futuristic Kowloon Walled City until she stumbles into a surreal sci-fi mystery about his past. The adaptation moves at about one manga volume per episode, leaving little time to luxuriate in the nostalgic vibes, but it cuts smartly and the backgrounds are beautifully detailed. An 8 out of 10 version of a 9 or 10 out of 10 story.
